Serving & Storage Recommendations

Our Spiced Apple Juice is designed for easy, high-volume serving:


  • Optimum Serving: Decant into a dedicated, temperature-controlled soup kettle or urn and serve at 75C

  • Alternative Heating: A thoroughly cleaned coffee machine steam arm (monitor temperature with a probe for consistency) or a quick microwave (do not allow it to boil).

  • Storage (Heated): If decanted and heated, the juice will keep safely in a sealed, ambient-temperature urn for up to 12 hours (max).

  • Storage (Unused/Cooled): Refrigerate straight after cooling down, sealed, for up to 2-3 days.

Adult Festive Upgrade: From a heart-warming non-alcoholic welcome to a sophisticated evening cocktail, Spiced Apple Juice seamlessly expands your beverage offering. It's the perfect way to turn a family favourite into a profitable adult signature drink, making it the most flexible staple on your winter menu.


The "Fireside Spiced Apple" (Served Hot)

Ingredients

  • Spiced Apple Juice (warmed): 120 ml

  • Dark Rum or Bourbon: 45 ml

  • Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed): 15 ml

  • Angostura Bitters: 2 Dashes

  • Garnish: 1 Cinnamon Stick and/or 1 Lemon Wheel


Instructions

  1. Warm the Juice: Gently heat the Spiced Apple Juice until warm, but do not allow it to boil.

  2. Add Base: Pour the Dark Rum (or Bourbon), fresh Lemon Juice, and Angostura Bitters into a tempered mug or glass.

  3. Combine: Top the mixture with the warm Spiced Apple Juice.

  4. Stir & Serve: Give the drink a gentle stir and garnish with a Cinnamon Stick for aroma and a Lemon Wheel on the rim.

Spiced Orchard Fizz (Served Cold)

Ingredients

  • Spiced Apple Juice (chilled): 90 ml

  • Gin (London Dry or similar): 45 ml

  • Lime Juice (freshly squeezed): 15 ml

  • Sparkling Wine (Prosecco or Cava): 30 ml (to top)

  • Garnish: Apple Fan/Slice and/or a Rosemary Sprig



Instructions

  1. Chill Glassware: Use a chilled coupe or highball glass.

  2. Combine Ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Spiced Apple Juice, Gin, and Lime Juice.

  3. Shake: Shake well until the shaker is thoroughly chilled.

  4. Strain: Double-strain the mixture into your chilled glass.

  5. Top: Gently top the drink with the Sparkling Wine for effervescence.


Winter Apple Cloud (Creamy & Sweet)

Ingredients

  • Spiced Apple Juice (chilled): 60 ml

  • Vodka: 45 ml

  • Amaretto Liqueur (or Baileys/Irish Cream for a creamier version): 15 ml

  • Heavy Cream (optional, for extra richness): 15 ml

  • Garnish: Grated Nutmeg and/or a thin Apple Slice



Instructions

  1. Chill Glassware: Use a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  2. Combine Ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Spiced Apple Juice, Vodka, Amaretto Liqueur, and (if using) the Heavy Cream.

  3. Shake: Shake vigorously until the shaker is thoroughly chilled and the ingredients are well combined and slightly frothy (especially if using cream).

  4. Strain: Double-strain the mixture into your chilled glass.

  5. Garnish: Grate a little fresh nutmeg over the top for a warm aroma, and/or add a thin apple slice to the rim.
