• Our team will carefully hand pick and pack your order overnight, ensuring that every item you receive is as fresh as if you selected it yourself.

• Your goods are loaded onto our refrigerated vans by our loading team and our drivers will drop your goods off at your agreed location.

• If for any reason you have an issue with your delivery, our team aim to resolve all issues within 24 hours, most are resolved the same day.

• For prepared items, like our sliced onions, the cut-off is at 4pm
